I recently had the absolute pleasure of a photo shoot with Carla Ghysels, with two male Aust Cattle Dogs. Carla was incredibly welcoming and her studio is set up fantastically for animal work. The younger male dog, owned by myself, is experienced in photo shoots and straight away Carla was capturing some great shots, however her sympathetic nature with the dogs was evident with the older male, with this being his first photo shoot, and for a very soft dog could easily be overwhelmed. However within a very short time he relaxed and Carla caught his great, sweet personality on camera. He is owned by Willowpark Aust Cattle Dogs.
The dogs went nuts for her home made treats and everything was centred around them enjoying themselves. I was so happy at how the dogs relaxed like they would at home.
